Preparation Instructions |
1: Simply stir-fry one butternut squash, cut into 2cm cubes, in a little oil for 10 minutes. 2: Add 50g spinach with the sauce and simmer for 3 more minutes until cooked through. Ensure food is thoroughly cooked and piping hot before serving. Serves 4. |
