Fruit curd made with cane sugar, free range eggs and country butter.  This specialty is hand made, and cooked in small batches for that perfect flavour. Contains sour cherry juice concentrate (10%).  Try it for example on bread, toast, crackers, or to add pep to plain yoghurt.
