Each pack contains 2 individually wrapped cakes, just pull off the lid and microwave for 30 seconds. surprisingly low in fat and suitable for vegetarians. This version is the typically english "spotted dick", with sultanas and raisins. Try it with custard or ice-cream.

Storage Instructions store in a cool, dry place
Preparation Instructions Microwave Heating: Remove seal, ensuring all foil is removed. Heat each pudding for 30-.40 seconds on high (based on 900W oven). Adjust time to suit your own oven. Invert the bowl onto a serving plate, squeeze gently and lift off slowly. Caution: pudding will be very hot
