1: Simply stir-fry one 420g tin of chickpeas, drained and rinsed, in a little oil until golden. 2: Add 200g of halved, steamed green beans with the sauce and simmer for 3 more minutes until cooked through. Ensure food is thoroughly cooked and piping hot before serving. Serves 4. |
