Preparation Instructions RECIPE SUGGESTION - CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA - SERVES 4 Heat 1tbsp vegetable oil in a large pan add 4 diced chicken breasts and stir fry until meat is sealed and browned (approx 5 mins) pour over the jar of sauce and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally until the meat is cooked alternatively, use prawns, mixed vegetables, lamb or beef. Adjust simmer time accordingly
