Preparation Instructions MICROWAVE 1. Tear open the sachet along the tear line 2. pour the outs out into a microwaveable bowl 3. use the sachet to measure the milk Fill to line 180ml 4. pour the milk from the sachet into the bowl and mix 5. microwave on high for 2 minutes (based on Cat E 800W) 6. stir and enjoy COOKING 1. simply boil 1 sachet of milk (180ml) in a saucepan 2. stir in contents of one sachet of oats 3. simmer for 2 minutes, or until milk is absorbed, stirring occasionally
