Preparation Instructions |
yorkshire pudding: preheat oven to 220C/425F/Gas Mark 7 empty the contents into a mixing bowl and add 220 ml of cold water and a medium egg whisk thoroughly until smooth add a little oil into a yorkshire pudding tin containing 12 compartments heat the tin on the top shelf of the oven until the oil is sizzling hot pour the batter into the hot fat and return to the top shelf of the oven bake for 20-30 minutes until well-risen and golden pancakes: empty the contents into a mixing bowl add 250ml cold water and 1 medium egg whisk until smooth heat a little oil in a frying pan. thinly cover the base of the frying pan (about 4 tbsp) with batter quickly cook, turn over and cook the other side until golden |
