PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR 10 SERVINGS 1. Shake jar well before use 2. In a large bowl, add 500g cous cous and 800ml of boiling water and stir well. Cover and leave to stand for 3-5 minutes to allow the cous cous to absorb the water. 3. Fluff the cous cous with a fork to separate the grains. For extra richness, fork through a knob of butter or drizzle over a little olive oil. 4. Serve hot or chilled 5. if using chilled, use within 24 hours |
