RECIPE SUGGESTION -CHICKEN CURRY - SERVES 2 Ingredients: 170g diced chicken, 55g diced onion (or one small onion), 55g garden peas (approx 1/2 cup), 85g Mayflower Curry Mix (approx 1/3 of this box), 1 dessert spoon vegetable oil, 460ml cold water Heat 1tbsp vegetable oil in a large pan or wok. Add chicken and stir fry approx 3 mins. Add onion and peas and stir fry for another minute. Remove from the pan and keep warm. Add water to the pan. Stir in the curry mix. Whisk until the sauce comes to the boil. Reintroduce the chicken, onion and peas. Lower the heat and simmer for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve hot |
