Preparation Instructions |
yorkshire pudding: preheat oven to 220C/425F/Gas Mark 7 (190 degrees for fan assisted oven) empty the contents into a mixing bowl and add 100 ml of cold water and a medium egg whisk thoroughly until smooth. Add a further 100ml of cold water and continue beating add a little oil into a yorkshire pudding tin containing 12 compartments heat the tin on the top shelf of the oven until the oil is sizzling hot pour the batter into the hot fat and return to the top shelf of the oven bake for 20-30 minutes until well-risen and golden |
