Each pack contains 2 individually wrapped cakes, just pull off the lid and microwave for 30 seconds. surprisingly low in fat and suitable for vegetarians. This version is generously covered in a rich golden syrup sauce . Try it with custard or ice-cream.

Storage Instructions store in a cool, dry place
Preparation Instructions Microwave Heating: Remove seal, ensuring all foil is removed. Heat each pudding for 30-.40 seconds on high (based on 900W oven). Adjust time to suit your own oven. Invert the bowl onto a serving plate, squeeze gently and lift off slowly. Caution: pudding will be very hot
