This rich pudding is rich in spices, candied fruits and soaked in cider and rum. Finish off the cooking process by steaming it in its basin, or by warming it in the microwave. If you want to serve it with style, pour over some brandy, or cognac, and flambé it at the dinner table. Then enjoy it with custard, cream, brandy butter, or whichever sauce you fancy. Serves 4 and is suitable for vegetarians.

Storage Instructions store in a cool dry place
Preparation Instructions reheat instructions: this pudding has been cooked already and only requires gentle reheating To steam: leave in basin with film lid on. Place the basin in steamer over boiling water and steam for 1 hour Ensure that water does not enter the pudding. Do not allow to boil dry to microwave - this is a guideline only. We suggest that you consult your instruction manual: pierce film lid and place in microwave on a microwaveable plate. Heat on full power 800W for 3 minutes or 900W for 2.5 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving
