Preparation Instructions |
you need: 40ml vegetable oil (3tbsp), 75ml water, 1 medium free range egg, 1 x 8 inch lightly-greased square tin Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees (160 degrees for fan assisted) 1. Mix eggs, oil, water and cake mix gently together and whisk (by hand or electric mixer) for 2-3 minutes until smooth and creamy 2. Pour the cake mixture evenly into your greased cake tin 3. bake in the centre of the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until a rounded knife inserted in the centre comes out clean. then cool on a wire rack before cutting into slices |
