Preparation Instructions |
preheat oven to 180 degrees (160 degrees for fan assisted) 1. stir the cookie mix together with 90ml vegetable oil until you have a stiff dough 2. spoon heaped teaspoons of dough onto an ungreased baking tray, leaving generous gaps inbetween. If you want chunky deli style cookies then make your scoops of dough bigger 3. bake in the center of the oven for 12-15 minutes until golden (or leave in a little longer for extra crunch). Leave to cool before serving |
